The Girl Who Tripped And Fell is the tenth episode in the fourth cycle of Asia's Next Top Model. It is the forty-ninth episode overall.
Episode Summary[]
Tawan was devastated after Tuti's elimination, and after being comforted by the other girls, stated that she would win the competition for her best friend. Meanwhile, Angie wondered if she truly belonged in the top five over Tuti. The following day, Cindy and Kelly came to the model house to give the girls a runway workshop. The girls were taught two different kinds of runway walks: sexy and couture. Patricia once again wowed everyone in the room with her stellar walk for both types, while Angie and Sang In received the most tutoring from the mentors, the former for her posture while walking and the latter for looking too fierce.
For the challenge, the models were brought to a studio with a runway for TRESemmé, where they were greeted by their two mentors, their makeover stylist Mervin Wee, and their photographer for the week, Nat Prakobsantisuk. Cindy explained that for the week, the challenge and photo shoot would be taking place simultaneously. The challenge consisted of walking fiercely on the runway while embodying smooth TRESemmé hair, while the photo shoot segment consisted of posing with guest stylist, Jing Monis at the end of the runway. Tawan impressed for both her runway walk and photo shoot, while Julian did an okay job in both and mistakenly exited the runway in the wrong direction. Patricia was deemed strong on the runway but weak on the photo shoot, while Angie and Sang In struggled the most on both. Back at the model house, it was revealed that Patricia had been named the runway challenge winner, marking her third challenge victory.
At panel, the judges were joined by cycle 3 host and TRESemmé ambassador, Georgina Wilson. Tawan's photograph was loved by the judges with the exception of Yu Tsai, while Patricia was criticized for appearing much older in her shot than she actually was. Julian's photograph was raved by the judges, but she was reprimanded for exiting the runway in the wrong direction, while Angie and Sang In received the most negative critiques, both for not delivering a believable shot.
During elimination, Julian received her first best performance, while Angie and Sang In found themselves in the bottom two. The final scores were revealed and Angie was eliminated.
